• Order Processing (70%)
 Receive Sales Orders and Contracts from Retail and Wholesale Sales Group
 Review documents for accuracy and meeting criteria established by management
 Enter customer information into customer data base (COP)
 Document monies received and enter into Accounting Functions in COP and transport monies to accounting
 Process any financing paperwork submitted by customers
 Using appropriate price lists and tax tables, develop correct price/cost/commission information (Cost/Commission Sheets) for product(s) ordered
 Enter Sales Information from the Cost Sheet into Accounting Functions in COP
 Generate Customer Invoices
 As necessary, when directed by a Change Order from Operations Administration, update accounting functions in COP and generate new a Invoice reflecting the changes and replace the old
 Collate customer files and transfer to production coordinator
 Maintain and update COP
 Maintain and update DocuSign

• Front office administrator (30%)
• Backup incoming telephone calls and direct them to the proper individual
• Backup Sales in qualifying and scheduling appointments
• Perform and maintain all paperless archiving procedures.
