1. Using BeautiRecruiter

BeautiRecruiter connects beauty professionals with salons, spas, and other employers. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Accounts and Profiles

You agree to keep your profile, job posts, and applications truthful and up to date. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your experience or qualifications.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Employer plans are billed as recurring subscriptions, and single placements are billed as one-time fees. Fees are described on our pricing page and are charged securely through our payments provider.

Our 30-day placement guarantee applies as described on the pricing page. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops future renewals.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including posting unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory content, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload, such as your portfolio and job descriptions. You grant BeautiRecruiter a limited license to display that content on the platform so it can function as intended.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

BeautiRecruiter is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that any particular hire or placement will be made. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BeautiRecruiter after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
